ABOUT DREW DAVIES
Drew is from Sheffield in the heart of the North York’s Moors. After starting his musical career in the rock and roll trenches of London he currently resides in the post industrial city of Glasgow.
He has trodden the boards at many iconic venues, from London's Scala and legendary Underworld to world renowned festivals such as Download. His music has been championed by many, including BBC DJ's Mickey Bradley (BBC Ulster), Gary Crowley (BBC London), Bruce Dickinson (BBC 6), Jericho Keys (BBC Introducing) and the late great Janice Long (BBC Wales).
His latest album Holloway Nights is his most expansive work to date. Inspired by the world around him, the themes of love, loss and the human experience permeate his songs. Drew has created a soundscape that can feel both ominous like a storm rolling over a city or comforting like the warm sun caressing the back of your neck.
